Hilton London Metropole provides halal refreshment options and prayer space for Muslim guests
Hilton London Metropole announced the appointment of its new commercial director, Nancy Daccache.
Daccache brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including nine years with Hilton in the United Arab Emirates. Her new role will likely involve assisting the hotel in accommodating Middle Eastern guests.
Visit Britain data from 2023 indicates that many tourists from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries prefer lodging in London. Hence, it’s critical to address the needs of GCC guests. Especially since halal-friendly accommodations and services are becoming highly demanded.
Recently, the hotel made major property renovations to enhance the overall guest experience. In addition to spacious suites and outstanding facilities, the hotel has introduced halal food and beverage choices and a prayer room.
This ensures that Muslim guests can access amenities that meet their dietary and religious needs. Apart from that, it also demonstrates the hotel’s respect for different cultures and religions.
Hilton London Metropole General Manager Bill Fisher emphasised the relevance of the GCC market for the hotel.
Fisher is optimistic about Daccache’s appointment to the team. Her previous roles at prestigious hotels in Abu Dhabi and her recent position as senior regional revenue manager for several hotels in the Arabian Peninsula and Turkey will provide valuable insights into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.
On her appointment, Daccache said: “As the commercial director for Hilton London Metropole, I am excited to bring my extensive knowledge of the GCC and continue to enhance the already outstanding offer which caters to the discerning Middle Eastern traveller.”
Hilton London Metropole accommodates Muslim guests by providing halal food and a prayer room. Irrespective of religion, those looking for a comfortable stay will find the hotel an outstanding choice.
