The Hong Kong Holiday and Travel Expo 2024 excited citizens as they explored the diverse travel offerings at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Spanning four days, the event provided a comprehensive platform for travellers to fulfil their wanderlust desires.
The expo garnered widespread support from various stakeholders in the tourism industry, showcasing exclusive areas dedicated to popular destinations such as Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan.
However, one particular highlight that stole the spotlight was the dedicated Hong Kong Muslim zone. Designed as a cultural hub, the Hong Kong Muslim zone offered attendees a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Islamic traditions, customs, and local specialities.
In addition to the Muslim zone, the expo encompassed many travel elements, including exploration of unexpected destinations, themed streets, indulgence in local delicacies, and captivating cultural performances.
Boasting over 300 booths, the expo allowed visitors to directly engage with exhibitors representing travel agencies, airlines, and hotels, facilitating seamless travel planning and bookings. Lucky draw prizes, totalling a staggering HK$2m, added an element of thrill and anticipation to the event. –
