Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad was recently awarded the esteemed “Most Improved Islamic Retail Bank in Malaysia 2023” and “IRBA CEO of the Year 2023” awards at the 9th Islamic Retail Banking Awards (IRBA) 2023 ceremony.
The “Most Improved Islamic Retail Bank in Malaysia 2023” award was conferred following comprehensive global ranking research conducted by the Cambridge Institute of Islamic Finance in collaboration with Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
“We are grateful to be recognised as the “Most Improved Islamic Retail Bank in Malaysia,” expressed Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Khairul Kamarudin.
“It is a testament to Bank Muamalat’s commitment to making Islamic Financing accessible to all Malaysians, ensuring all can achieve better lives together.”
Khairul was also honoured with the “IRBA” CEO of the year 2023” award. The CEO was humbled, acknowledging the company’s success was attributed to the unwavering commitment and hard work of the Bank’s employees.
